You need to customize the splash area for tablet and mobile.
For tablet this splash takes all the screen size which is not good. We use "hero" as a class name for the row, and style it different on Desktop and tablet and mobile (site.css/site-desktop.css). BE SURE TO CHECK WHEN YOU DO CUSTOMIZATION!!!
Images and icons should be replaced this are just placeholders.
As a generic template you should be able to change color palette and font style to feed the category.
There is some basic CSS already included so if you need to do changes on some of those styles here what is included.
